I am very pleased with the outcome of the purchase. Stratstone staff were exceedingly, helpful. As an older generation person it can be quite taxing when most of the actions require it to be transferred electronically. Not customer focused.

My experience purchasing a brand new mini was fantastic, David was able to show me lots of different models and designs of minis but as I wanted a certain alloy wheel he find me the perfect car I also didn't have to wait to long to pick it up. Xx??

Whilst enquiring and subsequently ordering my mini service was effective and efficient but once I signed on the dotted line service declined rapidly. Handover was rushed and no interest shown in handover. Poor service again.

Despite spending a lot of time in the showroom, I then get home and have loads of paperwork to fill in and "sign" - looks nothing like my signature -. The last few minis I have bought from the same garage but different owners was far easier.

The lady who looked after me Holly was very helpful, we had issues as the hire car was not suitable so she got my car done quickly so I could wait and refunded the hire car charge.

Quoted £222 just to investigate a faulty tire pressure sensor that only cost £137 to replace. Even after phoning to inform which tyre needed looking at. After replacing they didn't fit refit the valve correctly.

Happy with the service and Alex very helpful in person after the service but very dissappointed that when I rang to dicuss the video after 45 minutes still not been answered! Poor service for a premium brand. Previous service car returned uncleaned.

Customer service was very good. Mechanic met with me and explained everything. Also arranged for me to be dropped into the city centre and picked up.

My only issue was getting home and back in to the location. It's a bit far out and no loan car. Did get a lift out though, which was lovely, but needed to get busses and a 15 minute walk to get back. Staff great, issue resolved. All good.
