David Reynolds was brilliant from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques and kept me updated along the way as much as possible. David took the time to answer all questions and went through all the features. Nothing was too much trouble.

My new car was ordered and delivered very quickly with a great handover experience. David Reynolds (the sales executive who managed my purchase) was also very accommodating when I wanted to make amendments to my finance agreement prior to handover.

Courteous check in starting on arrival where I was greeted by a helpful parking assistant. I was directed to a parking spot then directed to the check in girl who gave me lots of information (please don't get rid of any staff and move to the app).

After a shaky start regarding the tyre insurance , apparently the garage was not one of the approved fitters due to them being taken over recently and the contact had not been confirmed. However Roger sorted it well.

Excellent service from booking in to the complete service being undertaken and completed. I was prompted and updated at all stages of the process. Special mention for Casey who made me feel very welcome at reception who was courteous and professional

I would've initially been more than happy to say 5star given my dealings with Natalia but sadly the handover felt extremely lacking in help, advice or professionalism.
