David Reynolds was brilliant from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques and kept me updated along the way as much as possible. David took the time to answer all questions and went through all the features. Nothing was too much trouble.

My new car was ordered and delivered very quickly with a great handover experience. David Reynolds (the sales executive who managed my purchase) was also very accommodating when I wanted to make amendments to my finance agreement prior to handover.

There was a mistake with the plates. The wrong ones were given which we realized after arriving home. We understand a mistake can happen. The team reacted really well and solve the issue quickly.

To get rear pads replaced as minor advisory on Mot, given one price which i said was too high, later call with a reduced price due to having major service at the same time. I would expect to be quoted the best price to start.

The service experience was sport on, Collin kept me informed throughout and managed my expectations. I waited for the car and was offered a desk with power supply as I needed to work on Friday morning.

Loved the understanding and professional manner of the woman who served me. I felt she knew what she was talking about and I trusted her. When something went wrong in the service she reassured me, understood my concerns and took decisive action.
