The Milton Keynes dealership was welcoming, clean, and all of the sales team were friendly and helpful, I hadn't driven in several months and so they were very patient with me

I didn't like the 8 month old mini sport which we bought as the ride was so hard. We returned the mini & ordered a new mini classic which is perfect. All was sorted out by David Reynalds.

Told I wasn't eligible for any good will because of age and mileage of vehicle, I understand it's an 8 year old car but when was 38k over use? Very matter of fact on the phone, not expected from premium brand
