Buying a car can be a very confusing and sometimes stressful process but Mark explained the process clearly from the start and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble to explain. He made the experience enjoyable not pressured.

Great service. Chose my car and within a week, I was driving away with it. Customer service from Emma was good and thorough. Would also like to give the sales manager, Sanj, some feedback. He made us feel truly valued customers.

There was such a rush for us to complete the purchase in their timeline, we didnt get to pick the car up from the showroom but it had to be delivered in order to meet their targets. This meant we had to accept the car not with delivery mileage

My Mini is less than 3 months old. I had to replace the"key" battery in Sept. I emailed sales who forwarded it on to Management & Service - no one got back to me. I had to replace the battery again so car came in to have the "key" replaced!

I was contacted before and throughout the service experience. An issue was fixed on warranty. The service video was informative. Service area was well presented, i was offered free coffee etc and the member of staff who dealt with me was excellent

Would have given 5 stars but incorrect information given during call about 250.00 excess being payable. Car already been in twice before in the last 8 months for other issues and no excess then as car sold with 12 month warranty and only 8 mth in

Easy to book, check in and organise but there was extremely limited parking on site so dropping off the car on the day was difficult

We were met on arrival and shown to a parking bay, always nice as it can be stressful trying to park the car. Alex looked after us, helped me attach my phone to the car, helped with a mark on sun roof. Kept us informed. Excellent customer service.

Great staff and service. I was a bit wrong footed by the adverts in store about 40% off parts for older cars. When the service was compled extra work was recommended but it seems thouse parts dont qualify. This is a confusing message.

Early Proactive contact to advise Mini needed an MOT, appointment booked during that call. Courtesy call day before appointment to check all was okay. Check in at service desk very easy, contacted when MOT completed for me to return and pick up Mini

Disappointing that the parts we knew we'd need - identified the previous service weren't ordered in advance. It meant the car was there Tues-Thurs instead of just for a day. Otherwise no complaints. Delighted to finally be able to pay with Amex.

It was a smooth process, I was kept informed and, as I had some expensive repairs, Alex did the windscreen blades for free which was appreciated. Only issue - he wanted to put my car through its MOT that day and I didn't want that and said no twice.
