Great service. Chose my car and within a week, I was driving away with it. Customer service from Emma was good and thorough. Would also like to give the sales manager, Sanj, some feedback. He made us feel truly valued customers.

There was such a rush for us to complete the purchase in their timeline, we didnt get to pick the car up from the showroom but it had to be delivered in order to meet their targets. This meant we had to accept the car not with delivery mileage

My car was ready for me on the day and time that had been arranged. The sales adviser spent a lot of time with me explaining the car and all the controls including how to use android auto.

I booked for the MOT to be completed on a Saturday. I was told 1st come first served. I sat there for 4.5 hours. I got there at 08:10. There was nobody waiting !!! Not happy

Great staff and service. I was a bit wrong footed by the adverts in store about 40% off parts for older cars. When the service was compled extra work was recommended but it seems thouse parts dont qualify. This is a confusing message.

2nd visit within 1 week, my wifes mini this time. I could actually copy my last answer. Excellent service from start to finish. Alex and natasha were there usual brilliant selves. Welcoming me, keeping me informed and really good at handover.

I had a waiting MOT appointment and experienced good customer service while in the centre and also had my car valeted. Plus the MOT was done for £39.99 - excellent ????

Early Proactive contact to advise Mini needed an MOT, appointment booked during that call. Courtesy call day before appointment to check all was okay. Check in at service desk very easy, contacted when MOT completed for me to return and pick up Mini

Service was well done and comprehensive. I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned at the time of booking which I gratefully accepted. It was a shame this didn't take place. But other than that a very good experience

Disappointing that the parts we knew we'd need - identified the previous service weren't ordered in advance. It meant the car was there Tues-Thurs instead of just for a day. Otherwise no complaints. Delighted to finally be able to pay with Amex.

It was a smooth process, I was kept informed and, as I had some expensive repairs, Alex did the windscreen blades for free which was appreciated. Only issue - he wanted to put my car through its MOT that day and I didn't want that and said no twice.

I would have given 5 stars had the lift service that I'd pre-booked been seamless and less stressful and if I hadn't had to chase for an update on the process of my service. Graham and Darcy were great though when I picked up my car.

Kept waiting when checking in. Staff knew I was standing there but continued with admin tasks which should not take priority. Vehicle not ready when requested but not kept informed of any problem until well after expected time.

the service by the staff was excellent from the beginning to the end of the day. the work on the car was completed the same day including the wash. our mini convertible was bought from you 14 years ago and is still as good as new.

I wanted my air con checked whilst I was in for a service, but I was told the machine was broken so they couldn't tell if it needed more gas or not.

The issue was a difficult one and Alex together with the skill of Charlie the mechanic, managed to make it a lot less expensive by reducing breakage when dismantling the door. The final bill was almost half the original estimated.

Because no one came to tell me it was ready so I sat there for an hour and a half waiting and I eventually went to find someone who was just chatting. I wasn't best pleased . I had things to do so time was wasted.
