This is my fourth Mini purchase from this dealership in 12 years. What a difference from previous visits - no one to greet customers on arrival, few vehicles in showroom to view, few staff on duty and those present barely acknowledge you.

Had car serviced 6 weeks ago and 3 weeks later brake message came on. Advised by call centre that this hadn't been updated from the service & brake work definitely wasn't needed. I drove round for 3 weeks to then be told pads & discs were required.

Firstly the dealership didn't get the booking correct and secondly they damaged one of the alloy wheels which they repaired but meant we were without the car for another day.

I was happy but wasn't great to be called at 17:50 to be told my loan car wouldn't be ready until 9:30 when I was advised 8am as I was working a night shift meaning I have to drive 20mins past mini and wait up until 9:30 to drive 20mins back

Ben was very helpful. I have booked MOT but 1 of the 2 ramps were down that day. I might have to come back on another day as it was fully booked. But Ben helped to arrange the closest garage for my MOT so I could get everything done that day!

Having been asked to arrive for 8am, the car didn't move for 45 minutes. It was in for a brake fluid change and MOT (which then required 2 new tyres). This took over 4 hours of my time - which seems excessive - and meant I had to forgo the clean/vac
