This is my fourth Mini purchase from this dealership in 12 years. What a difference from previous visits - no one to greet customers on arrival, few vehicles in showroom to view, few staff on duty and those present barely acknowledge you.

Pleasant and professional staff throughout the dealership in Milton Keynes. No wait to get my car booked in. Spoke to two very nice reception staff, Chloe and her (Italian?) colleague. All very polite, helpful and knowledgable.
